Sanjay H. Tulsiani has over 25 years of experience in customer relationship management, marketing strategy, and telecommunications. Sanjay H. began their career in 1994 at Arkadin (formerly Conference Plus) as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Marketing Strategy Analyst, and Telecommunication Specialist. In this role, they managed customer-related aspects of the business and drove performance metrics to provide effective and efficient Telecommunications Inbound/Outbound Call and Contact Center for Audio, Video & Data. Sanjay H. then moved to Upp Technology, Inc. in 1998 as a Client Relationship Manager for the East Coast Territory, where they implemented techniques to rapidly expand the business and managed operations and administration. Most recently, they have been the Chief Talent Officer at Tech 2 Business Solutions since 2001. In this role, they have overseen and managed the overall customer experience, strategy, planning, instrumentation, financial, communication, vendor and resource management of a customer-focused Enterprise Technology Business. Sanjay H. has also managed daily operations for continuous improvement and growth while providing a best-in-class customer experience, and recruited and coached a talented workforce.
