Brian Bezdek

Brian Bezdek currently serves as the Managing Partner. He is responsible for the oversight of finance, operations, and corporate administration matters. Brian has more than two decades of progressive financial and operational executive management experience in start-up and high-growth software and technology environments, with extensive experience in both publicly traded and privately held organizations with a wide range of capital structures including venture capital, growth equity, and institutional investors. He also has extensive transactional experience in debt and equity raises, credit facilities, and mergers and acquisitions.
