Carlos Blanco has had a diverse and extensive work experience, with a focus on entrepreneurship and venture building. In 2013, they founded Conector Startup Accelerator, a Spanish startup accelerator with numerous corporate partnerships. Carlos also co-founded Barcelona Tech City and served as the VP. In 2016, they established Nuclio Venture Builder, a company that creates startups based on proven business concepts. In 2017, Carlos co-founded Encomenda Smart Capital, a super angel fund investing in Spanish startups. That same year, they also co-founded Housfy, a real estate technology company. In 2018, they founded Nuclio Digital School, which offers programs in coding, marketing, and other digital fields. Recently, Carlos co-founded G4AL Games for a Living, Nuclio Talent, Profe.com, and Kintai in 2021. Through these roles, they have developed a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and has been actively involved in supporting and mentoring entrepreneurs.

In 1995, they completed a Master en Telecomunicaciones at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
Also in 1995, they obtained a Master en Multimedia from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
In 1997, Carlos pursued a Máster en Project Manager at Institut Català de Tecnologia - ICT.
In 2011, Carlos attended IESE Business School and completed the PADE program.
In 2016, they returned to IESE Business School to pursue a degree in Consejos de Administración Responsables.
