Susan L. Holland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles within the IT and organizational sectors. Currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst at Tech Dynamism since May 2016, Susan specializes in IT assessments, website redesigns for local governments, and connecting client goals to analysis results. Formerly, Susan held positions as Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst and Software Quality Assurance Analyst, where responsibilities included creating test plans and ensuring optimal user experience. Concurrently, Susan serves as Chief Financial Officer for the Virginia Institute of Blacksmithing, overseeing financial accuracy and vendor payments.
