Kiara Lum

Kiara Lum is the Director of Earned Revenue at Tech Goes Home since August 2023. Previously, Kiara worked at Harvard Business School as the Reunion Class Manager from November 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that, Kiara held roles at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley and Catholic Charities Housing Services, showcasing their expertise in volunteer and donor engagement, community outreach, and resident services coordination. Kiara also has experience in administrative assistant roles at Boston College O'Neill Library and FORCE: Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered. Kiara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Boston College with concentrations in Operations Management and Marketing.
