Robert Morgan

Robert Morgan has worked in the tech industry since 2012. Robert'sfirst job was as an Intern at Orange Leap, where they designed 5 front-end interfaces for engineers to control and monitor the onboard system, and analyzed and optimized performance bottlenecks in 3+ existing back-end systems. After that, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Carbono Dev, where they maximally utilized React and Jquery, developed 10+ cluster projects, and updated & modularised old code bases to modern development standards. In 2014, they joined ConstructConnect as a Lead, Frontend Developer, where they led a team of 8 members building a management system of a construction company, exhibited strong listening skills, and estimated, planned, and tracked development efforts across four distinct stacks. In 2017, they joined Cognizant as a Full Stack Engineer, where they supported making the CI/CD pipeline work properly with the codebase, translated designs and wireframes into high-quality code, and wrote application codes via Javascript following the most up-to-date React. js concepts like Redux and Next. Finally, in 2021, they joined Tech Holding as a Full Stack Engineer, where they were a React frontend engineer building a MERN stack application that deals with Canadian Individual Investment, created and maintained RESTful APIs using different authentication techniques, contributed as part of the team that developed a new web app, and worked on React frontend for Node backend to implement token management system contributing to the building blockchain-based web3 platform where investors can fund start-ups with different kinds of functionality.

Robert Morgan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2012, having started their studies in 2008.
