David Kreischer

David Kreischer has over 28 years of experience in acquisition and systems engineering, specializing in the development and integration of Integrated Air and Missile Defense systems. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst for Foreign Military Sales at Tech-Marine Business, Inc. since June 2016, David previously worked as a Defense Analyst for LOGICON/Northrop Grumman/Tasc/ECS from June 1992 to June 2016. David possesses extensive expertise in program budgeting, financial tracking, and budget development. David holds a Master of Public Administration in Operations Research and Program Evaluation from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Saint Joseph's University.
