Mike Gutierrez

Mike Gutierrez is currently working as an Asset Manager at Tech Ridge Development, where Mike oversees assets on the former St. George Airport site. With previous experience as a Real Estate Advisor at Equity Real Estate, LLC, and as an Advisor at TenantBase, Mike has a background in commercial real estate and tenant representation services. Mike also gained valuable skills as an Intern/Assistant Project Engineer at Environmental Contracting Corporation.
