Clare Streets

Clare Streets is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital strategy, skills development, and organizational growth. As the founder of Post & Codes since April 2021, Clare focuses on digital transformation and employee engagement, leading initiatives in digital growth and DEI policy. Clare also serves as Head of Digital Skills and Non Executive Director at TechWM, contributing to the enhancement of the Birmingham tech community. With an ambassador role at the Tech Talent Charter and previous leadership positions including Non Executive Chair at Create Development, Clare has a strong background in educational technology and digital skills partnerships. Earlier experience includes an Associate Director role at B13 Technology and board membership at Silicon Canal, highlighting a commitment to fostering tech ecosystems. Clare holds a BA Hons in Modern Languages and European Studies from the University of the West of England.
