Daniel Di Giusto

Daniel Di Giusto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, talent management, and consultancy within the technology sector. Currently serving as Co-founder and Executive Director at Tech To The Rescue since October 2020, Daniel focuses on connecting NGOs with tech companies to address significant global challenges. With a background in full-cycle recruitment and operational efficiency, Daniel has also worked as an Individual Consultant for Business Impact Group and held leadership roles such as VP of People Operations and Culture at SanityDesk and People & Culture Lead at Railsware. Other notable positions include advising for Climate-KIC, acting as VP of Sustainable Development & Innovation for the Krakow Startup Community, and managing people operations at James Cook Publishing. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Economics and International Relations from Krakow University of Economics and completed an Advanced Leadership Program at the Center for Leadership.
