Firdaus Rhamadan has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Firdaus started their career as an Engineer Intern at Telkom Indonesia, where they worked on designing and testing optical systems and devices. Firdaus then moved on to Huawei Technologies, where they served as a Drivetest Engineer, conducting tests on wireless communication systems. Firdaus later became a Radio Frequency Engineer at Huawei, specializing in analyzing and reporting on drive test data.
Following their time at Huawei, Firdaus founded their own company called Trips By Rhamadan, where they served as the Founder.
Firdaus then joined Ericsson Telecommunications Inc., where they held multiple roles. Firdaus first worked as a Drivetest Engineer, conducting drive tests and analyzing the performance of wireless communication systems. Firdaus then took on the role of Lead Project Coordinator, where they managed and coordinated projects from start to finish. This involved defining project objectives, developing project plans, coordinating resources and activities, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Currently, Firdaus is working at Techbros as a Senior 5G Engineer. Firdaus'sresponsibilities include performing network surveys and testing, analyzing collected data, preparing RF survey and Data Network Analysis reports, and assessing network performance using RF processing tools.
Throughout their career, Firdaus has gained expertise in RF engineering, project coordination, drive testing, and optical engineering. Firdaus has a strong background in analyzing and reporting on data, ensuring quality standards are met, and delivering projects within budgets and schedules.
Firdaus Rhamadan started their education in 2011 at SMK Telkom Jakarta, where they studied Telecommunications Engineering until 2014. After that, they attended Universitas Mercu Buana from 2018 to 2023, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Firdaus also obtained a certification in Drive Test Engineer Level 3 from the Indonesian Telecommunication Minister in December 2017.
