Salil Borkar

Salil Borkar has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1991 with Powertech Automation Solutions Pvt.Ltd. as the HEAD of operations. SALIL worked there until 2012. In 2013, they joined Arabian International Contracting Co. WLL as a PROJECT MANAGER & HOD ELECTRICAL & MAINTENANCE, where they stayed until January 2022. Currently, Salil Borkar is the Vice President Strategy at Techcoopers - Powered by Selectiva, starting in June 2022.

Salil Borkar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended DALY COLLEGE in Indore for high school education from 1982 to 1987. In terms of additional certifications, Salil obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2018, an 11 KV High Voltage Authorization certification from the Electricity and Water Authority in Bahrain in December 2018, an Electrical Installation Engineer certification also from the Electricity and Water Authority in Bahrain in 2017, and a CRPEP License Category A from The Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions in 2016.
