Bert Harkins

Bert Harkins is a partner at TechCXO, where they focus on revenue growth. Bert also serves as the interim and fractional CRO and CSO. Prior to joining TechCXO, Harkins spent over two decades in sales enablement roles. Bert was vice president of sales enablement at Blackbaud from April 2016 to April 2022. Before that, they served as VP of sales enablement at Fiserv from January 2005 to April 2016, where they established a corporate-wide sales support and enablement function. Harkins began their career in software and services sales at Checkfree Corp, where they achieved 100%+ quota attainment 6 of 8 eligible years. Bert then spent three years as VP at Wachovia Treasury Services before joining Fiserv.

Bert Harkins has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Bert also attended The Webb School.
