In 2007, they worked at Option One Mortgage, handling training, business transitioning, and recruitments. From 2008 to 2008, they were an Assistant HR Manager at Wns Global Services Limited, leading teams and managing various HR functions. Joann then joined Talent in Dubai, UAE as a Consultant from 2009 to 2012, where they were responsible for client management, recruitment, market research, and business development. Joann was the Director of Operations at SourceOne Human Resource Consultancy from 2012 to 2014, involved in setting up departments and operational processes. Most recently, they worked at Flexisales Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as Head of North American Operations and at TechDogs as Vice President, both involving business development and marketing responsibilities.
