Melisa Cardona

Melisa Cardona is an experienced professional with a diverse background in application support, account development, and production management. Currently serving as an Application Specialist at Direct Line Tele Response since June 2024, Melisa previously worked as a Systems and Programming Analyst at TAS United, LLC, where expertise in designing and deploying accounts in Amtelco Intelligent Series Supervisor was demonstrated. Melisa has been an integral part of the Lusca Fantastic Film Fest production team since June 2016, coordinating festival activities and sponsorships. Additional experience includes managing client accounts at Map Communications and Stericycle Communication Solutions, as well as customer service roles with Appletree Answers and IDT. Melisa holds a Master of Arts in Translation and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies and Modern Languages from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
