Kambala Himabindu has four years of work experience. Kambala began their career in 2011 as a Jr. Personnel Officer at Eqic Dies & Moulds Engineers Pvt. Ltd. - India. In 2016, they moved to Avenue Supermarts Ltd as a Sr HR Officer. After that, they worked as a Payroll Officer at Keolis Hyderabad Mass Rapid Transit System Pvt Ltd. Currently, they are an Assistant Manager-HR at Techforce.ai.

Kambala Himabindu completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR & FINANCE from JNTU Anantapur between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bsc in Biotechnology from Sri Krishnadevaraya University between 2006 and 2009. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications, a Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera in June 2022 and a Strategic Human Resources Certificate from LinkedIn in October 2021.
