Khosrow Mamnoon has a vast amount of experience in the tech and operations field. In 2019, they were the Engineering and Operations Chief at the Office of System Integration and the State of California (OSI). Prior to this, from 2014 to 2019, they were the IT Infrastructure, Digital Security, and Risk Management Manager at TechFusion Corporation. From 2005 to 2014, they were the VP Technology and Operation at Bank of America, where they led 24/7 technology and operations for multiple data-centers, including planning, implementation, and integration of applications and infrastructure of 4 banks, investment, and mortgage companies taken over by Bank of America. Khosrow also led the creation and implementation of business process and technology standards and streamlining end-to-end implementation, automation, and support process with efficiency, resiliency, fault tolerancy, and rapid delivery to market in distributed enterprise environments. Additionally, they led Bank of America's end-to-end multi-tier (web, APP, MW, DB, and mainframe) application development and infrastructure architecture and design and implementation, including online, mobile, ATM, credit card, merchant account, telephone, and in-branch banking.
