Joshua Dutchover

Joshua Dutchover has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2022. In 2011, they were the Director of Religious Education/Youth Director at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Shawnee, OK. In this role, they managed religious education programs, evaluated the needs of parish families, and recruited and managed volunteers. In 2013, they took on the role of Youth and Young Adult Director/Website Manager at ST. MARY'S CATHEDRAL in Amarillo, TX. In this role, they managed programs for middle school and high school teens, recruited and managed volunteers, and handled simple technology services for fellow staff and parishioners. In 2016, they became a Teacher at Holy Cross Catholic Academy, where they developed and implemented a curriculum spanning the disciplines of theology and philosophy. In 2019, they became the Director of Youth Ministry/Digital & Print Communications/IT Manager at St. Ann's Catholic Church. In this role, they managed programs for both middle school and high school teens, evaluated the needs of teens, parents, and analyzed existing programs to ensure improvement and continued growth in community and discipleship. JOSHUA also recruited and managed volunteers, while providing the proper training and opportunities for further education, and diagnosed, troubleshoot, and resolved a range of software, hardware, and connectivity issues. Currently, they are a Customer Service Representative at Techless, where they serve as the first point of contact with Techless clients via live chat, email, and phone. JOSHUA also builds and maintains relationships with new and existing customers, identifies and reports software bugs, tracks support requests, and identifies commonly occurring problems.
