Shahid Iqbal

Shahid Iqbal has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Shahid started their career at Brainstorm Communications in 2006, where they worked as a Software Engineer, focusing on developing and designing software applications, particularly multimedia websites. In 2007, they joined Nextbridge as a Software Engineer, specializing in various technologies such as PHP, ASP, .NET, and following an agile approach. At Nextbridge, they provided dedicated developers to clients and worked until 2008. Shahid then joined Techliance as a Senior Software Engineer, a fast-growing IT outsourcing company with offices in Pakistan and the United States. In Techliance, they delivered cost-effective solutions using sound methodologies and worked as a Principal Software Engineer from August 2017 to the present.

Shahid Iqbal pursued their education in the field of Information Technology and Software Engineering. Shahid began their academic journey in 2002 at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (Hon's) degree in Software Engineering in 2006. During this time, they obtained in-depth knowledge and skills in software development.

In 2005, Shahid Iqbal further enhanced their expertise by attending a program offered by the Pakistan Software Export Board, specializing in Linux System Administration. This course provided him with extensive knowledge in system administration.

To expand their skill set, Shahid Iqbal attended the Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2007. Here, they pursued a program in Advance IT Skills Development, with a focus on Software Management. This course equipped him with the necessary skills and knowledge to efficiently manage software projects.

Furthermore, Shahid Iqbal also engaged in online learning through Coursera.org. Shahid completed a course titled "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship."
