Debbie King

Debbie King, MSA, serves as the Financial Controller at Techni-Tool, Inc. since April 2014, overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and human resources for a distributor in the aerospace and oil industries. Concurrently, Debbie holds the position of Interim CFO & Director at Bravatek, managing SEC reporting and financial projections for a cyber-security software developer. With extensive contract experience as an accountant for multiple clients from 2007 to 2022, Debbie has handled financial and tax reporting across diverse sectors including real estate and corporate management. Prior experience includes serving as a Real Estate Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Real Estate. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science. Currently, Debbie is pursuing a Master in Theological Studies at The King’s University.
