Jinane Bassil

Jinane Bassil currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Technica International, beginning in January 2024, and previously held the role of Human Resources Assistant at both Technica International and HumanR. Jinane has experience in job analysis, manpower planning, candidate communication, and CV screening. Prior roles include an internship at IDARA, where participation in a specialized program for enhancing socio-political skills was undertaken, and a position as Head of Projects at Saint Joseph University of Beirut. Jinane's background also includes social work experience at Hôtel-Dieu de France and AFEL, focusing on individual and group interventions. Jinane is pursuing a Master's degree in Leadership and Human Resources Management at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the same institution in June 2023.
