Crystal DeCampos, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Crystal currently works as a Human Resources Generalist at Technical Safety Services, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, Crystal held various roles at Fate Therapeutics Inc, starting as a Administrative Assistant in February 2020 and progressing to a Human Resources Coordinator and then a Sr. Human Resources Associate. Crystal worked at Fate Therapeutics Inc from June 2020 to March 2023. Crystal also worked at Helix Electric as a Benefits and Claims Analyst from September 2018 to April 2019, and as a Human Resources Coordinator and Administrative Assistant from September 2016 to September 2018. Before that, they worked as a Childcare Counselor at NEW ALTERNATIVES, INC. from June 2015 to August 2016, and as an Administrative Assistant at Oasis Breads from May 2013 to April 2014.

Crystal DeCampos, PHR completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University San Marcos, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from UC San Diego, which they obtained between 2016 and 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Crystal has obtained various certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of human resources. Crystal received the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in May 2023.
