Ashley Runkle has had a varied and successful career, beginning with their role as Account Manager/Executive Assistant at MJP Technologies, Inc. from 2008 to 2011. During this time, they were the key contact for all company high-end accounts and acted as Executive Assistant to the CEO. Ashley then took on the role of Certified Mediator/Event Coordinator at Ventura Center for Dispute Settlement from 2011 to 2013, where they managed event scheduling, handled 250+ Mediator calendars, and helped 25 clients avoid court dates. Additionally, they developed conflict management training curriculum which is still used within the Center to date. From 2010 to 2011, Ashley worked as a Research Assistant at CSU Channel Islands, where they interviewed 3 times more subjects than their peers and transcribed other interns' findings. Finally, from 2013 to present, Ashley has been working as a Coordination Manager at Technical Security Integration, Inc., providing exceptional customer service, administrative, and sales support for 16+ executive staff and sales team personnel. Ashley has also effectively integrated new sales tools and created and implemented innovative marketing ideas to expand customer base.

Ashley Runkle earned their Master's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Northridge in 2013. Prior to this, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University Channel Islands in 2011. In addition, Ashley obtained a Certified Mediator certification from the Ventura Center for Dispute Settlement in July 2011 and a Certified Administrative Assistant certification from SkillPath Seminars in 2010.
