Tonya Barr Dugas

Tonya Barr Dugas is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in hospitality, finance, and accounting. As the CEO and Principal Partner of TSAV since August 2011, Tonya has leveraged previous experience as CEO and Co-Founder of Delish, Inc, where the company was recognized by Cosmopolitan Magazine as a top 50 organization in personalized hospitality services. Tonya's professional journey includes roles at Merrill Lynch as a High Net Worth Client Liaison, where insights into financial management were gained, and as a Corporate Staff Accountant at Trinity Accounting Group. Early career experience includes working as a Computer Risk Management Associate at Arthur Andersen & Co., where valuable lessons in technology and accountability were learned. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Georgia, along with a Bachelor of Science in Dance Therapy.
