Vice President Operations & Business Strategy at Technical Systems Integration

Bill Wyles, DML, MA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bill is the Vice President of Technical Systems Integration, Inc., a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they served in various roles in the US Army. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Director - Strategy and Resources for Army Pacific, overseeing supply chain management strategic planning, policy, and resources for Army units assigned to Indo-Pacific. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as the Program Director at the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, leading cross-functional teams and developing IT and strategic planning strategies for the Department of Defense. In their earlier years in the Army, from 2012 to 2015, they served as the Director (Battalion Commander), managing and training a department of 853 personnel and overseeing daily logistical and healthcare support. Bill also worked as the Deputy Director, leading a government consultant to the Afghan Army Brigade and synchronizing daily activities and combat operations. Before joining the US Army, Wyles served in the Australian Army as a Senior Training Instructor, delivering leader development and logistics planning courses. Additionally, they worked in the US Army as a Strategic Planning Specialist, leading joint planning teams in operational design and managing joint capabilities, as well as holding positions as the Director of Operations and Executive Officer, overseeing operations, administrative programs, and personnel.

Bill Wyles obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the New Mexico Military Institute from 1988 to 1993. Bill then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University from 1993 to 1995. Bill furthered their education at Webster University from 2009 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Business & Security Management. In the same period, they also obtained a Master of Arts - MA degree in Business from Webster University. Additionally, Bill has obtained several certifications, including the Demonstrated Master Logitician (DML) from SOLE-The International Society of Logistics in April 2017, and certifications in Introduction to the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Exam and Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn in April 2017 as well.
