Yuan Sun

Yuan Sun is an experienced engineering executive with a diverse background in hardware and software development across multiple global markets. Currently serving as VP Engineering and Head of Global Broadband Hardware at Technicolor since July 2015, Yuan Sun leads the development of gateway products from teams located in the US, Belgium, and China. Previously, Yuan Sun held various leadership positions in Set-Top Box engineering across multiple regions and was responsible for software research and development in the Connected Home division. Prior experience includes senior management roles at Sony Mobile Communication and Sony Ericsson China, where Yuan Sun oversaw telephony software development and led multiple engineering teams. Yuan Sun holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Information Technology from Beijing Normal University.
