Joseph Martin, PMP

Joseph Martin, PMP has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. Joseph began their career in 2003 as a Field Claims Representative for Progressive Insurance. In 2005, they joined Farmers Insurance as a Specialty Field Claims Representative, and was later promoted to Claims Supervisor. In 2015, they moved to State Farm as an Agent Aspirant, where they were responsible for developing account management processes and quality of delivery. In 2016, they joined Utica National Insurance Group as a Program Manager in the Claims and Finance departments. In 2019, they joined Balance Project Services as a Senior Project Manager, and in 2021 they joined Technik, Inc as a Senior Project/Program Manager. Throughout their career, Joseph has been responsible for researching and driving improvements in service, delivery and quality, conducting in-depth business analysis, formulating innovative strategies for process improvement, and managing projects from initial conception through implementation.

Joseph Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute.
