Sujata Sahu

Sujata Sahu currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Technip Energies in Mumbai, a role held since June 2018, focusing on enhancing the operating center's capabilities and competency development. Prior to this, Sujata worked at Essel Propack Limited as Deputy Manager Human Resources and at Hitech Plast Ltd as an HR Generalist, overseeing comprehensive HR activities for large employee bases, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and engagement. Early career experiences include roles with ContactxResource Management as a Team Mentor and A.J. Consultants as a Recruitment Executive, specializing in recruitment across various industries. Sujata holds an MBA in HR from ITM Group of Institutions and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Mumbai.
