John Clipp

John Clipp is a seasoned professional in business development and IT service management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice President at TechnoLava LLC since November 2012, Clipp focuses on business development, project management, recruiting, and customer engagement within the ServiceNow, ITSM Process, and Blockchain Consulting Practice areas. Active in the itSMF USA organization since 2009, Clipp currently holds the positions of Continual Improvement COI Chair and National Capital Local Interest Group VP, promoting collaboration among Service Management professionals. Previous roles encompass significant leadership positions in business development, project management, and sales across various organizations, including Intact Technology and Persystent Software.
