Martina Krepelkova has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Martina started their career as a Project Manager at Optimus Consult&Invest in 2005. Martina then worked as a Project Manager at MEPCO - International Advisory Centre of Municipalities, where they gained valuable expertise until 2007. During this time, they also worked as an External Consultant as a self-employed individual.

In 2008, they joined Erste Corporate Finance as a Consultant and remained there until 2014. Martina then moved on to the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, where they worked as a Project Manager until 2015. Martina then joined ČSOB Leasing as a Project Manager from 2015 to 2016.

Martina Krepelkova completed their education with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Public and Regional Policy, EU Integration from The University of Economics, Prague, which they attended from 1997 to 2005. During the same period, they also pursued a PhDr. degree in the Faculty of Social Sciences, specifically in Public and Social Policy, from Charles University, Prague. In the year 2000 to 2001, they briefly studied at Uppsala University, in the Department of Business Studies, although no specific degree is mentioned for this period.
