Tim Winner

Tim Winner has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tim is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at the Technology Association of Oregon. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal of The Winner Group since 2010. Tim also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Wabash Investments, LLC from 2022 to 2023, and as the Head of Operations and COO at West Coast Event Productions from 2021 to 2022.

Before that, Tim Winner held the position of President at Shadowbox Farms from 2017 to 2020. Tim served as the Chief Operating Officer at Metal Toad from 2014 to 2017 and as the Senior Vice President of Operations at the School Of Rock from 2009 to 2011. Tim also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Volunteers of America Oregon from 2008 to 2009.

Tim Winner's extensive experience started at Hollywood Entertainment in 1993 as a District/Regional Manager, Director of Training & Development. Tim then progressed to various roles, including VP Operations, Senior VP Operations/Administration, and Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President from 1999 to 2007.

Tim Winner attended Western Culinary from 1983 to 1985, where they studied Culinary Arts and received a degree in Culinary Arts.
