Niki Carino began their career in 2009 as a Partner in Operation at Cedar Creek Kennel, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kennel, including feeding, walking and playing with dogs, washing and grooming, and closing the kennel at the end of the day. Niki was also responsible for scheduling and finances. In 2014, they joined Technology Assurance Group, Inc. as an Inside Sales Account Manager. In this role, they made sure current clients' businesses were taken care of as technology changed. Niki also helped new clients transition to working with TAG. Later, they became a Customer Service Dispatch/Project Manager, where they were the first and last interaction clients had with the company, working to give them peace of mind.
Niki Carino attended Old Dominion University from 2007 to 2008, studying Sports Medicine. From 2009 to 2010, they attended JTCC. Niki also attended Midlothian. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Technology Certifications Training, Lynda.com, and 4Medapproved, including "Strategies for Building a Cohesive Team", "Customer Service Over the Phone", "Building Trust", "Becoming a Manager", "Become a Leader", "Become a Project Coordinator", "Project Management Simplified", "Managing Project Schedules", "Developing Executive Presence", "Certified HIPAA Security Professional (CHSP)", and "Certified HIPAA Security Professional".
