Vivek Gupta

Vivek Gupta is the CEO of Technology Mindz, a position they have held since October 2011. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Project Manager at Polycom from April 2010 to October 2011. While at Polycom, they managed post-sales online support for partners and customers, and was instrumental in the development of the company’s online portal. Vivek also integrated a new social support system, Lithium, to further enhance the use of online support and reduce on-call support.

Before joining Polycom, Vivek was a Web Project Manager at Visa from October 2002 to April 2010. During their time at Visa, they applied their innovative and problem-solving approach to drive technical advancement at the company. Vivek also utilized their domain knowledge to guide the design, development, and launch of software application projects for Visa’s major promotional activities, such as the Olympics and Rugby World Cup. In addition, they met the stringent SLAs for the maintenance of Visa.com platform to enhance Visa’s brand reputation.

Vivek Gupta has an MBA in Management from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BE in Electronics and Communication from the Engineering College Kota. Vivek also has a Dale Carnegie from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
