Hani Elshahawi

Hani Elshahawi is the Managing Director at NoviDigiTech LLC since October 2020, focusing on innovation, digital enablement, and technical excellence. Prior to this role, Hani accumulated extensive experience at Shell over an 18-year period, serving as a Global Expert in Formation Testing and Sampling, where responsibilities included leading a network of expert users and managing technical assurance deliverables. Hani held various key positions at Shell, including Digitalization Lead for Deepwater Technologies, Commercial Partnerships Manager in GameChanger, and Fluid Evaluation and Sampling Technologies Manager, demonstrating expertise in technology development and deployment strategies. Hani's early career at Schlumberger spanned numerous roles, such as Reservoir Sampling & Pressure Global Product Champion and Data and Consulting Services Manager. Hani holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The American University in Cairo.
