Andy Hall

Andy Hall has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Currently, they serve as the Head of Remuneration, HR Practices, and Services at TechnologyOne since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Quantium as an Executive in Performance, Reward, and HR Services from May 2020 to October 2021, and as a Reward and Benefits Executive from November 2019 to April 2020. Andy also held the position of Head of People Performance and Reward at Clayton Utz from April 2016 to October 2019, and served in various roles at Allens, including General Manager of People & Development, Acting Director of People and Development, Head of Reward and Operations, and Head of Reward, Systems, and Reporting. Before Allens, they worked as the Head of Reward, GRCB Centre at Barclays Bank and as the Head of Reward at MFI Furniture Group Ltd. Andy began their career as an Executive Compensation Analyst at Arthur Andersen.

Andy Hall attended Lancaster University from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Bsc in Management Science.
