Richard Nicol

Richard joined TechnologyOne in 2001, during which time he has worked in various leadership roles within R&D. More recently, Richard has been responsible for leading the transformation of TechnologyOne Support, ensuring that our customers receive a superior support experience and offering a collaborative experience for them through the TechnologyOne Customer Community.

In his current position as Group Director - Products, Richard is responsible for delivering Products that our customers love across all TechnologyOne solutions, with the aim of achieving the ultimate competitive advantage.

With more than 25 years of industry experience in enterprise software, Richard is a valued member of TechnologyOne’s team.
