Prior to this, Thom Laycock worked at B&W Press for 15 years, where responsibilities included production scheduling and customer service for a family-owned commercial printing company specializing in catalog bind-in order form envelopes and direct mailers. Thom Laycock holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Keene State College, earned between 1990 and 1994.
