Ryan J. Piela

Ryan J. Piela is an experienced executive with a strong background in innovation and investment. Currently serving as Executive Director at both New Incubation Ventures and The Estée Lauder Companies since March 2021, Ryan also holds positions as an Investor at Vyrao, Board Observer at Haeckels, and Chief Innovation Officer at Latent Knowledge, specializing in EdTech AI/ML software. Previous roles include Mentor at WEVE Acceleration, Entrepreneur In Residence at Starta Ventures, Associate Director of Corporate Innovation at XRC Labs, and Senior Digital Strategy Consultant at IBM. Ryan earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Politics from Whitman College.
