Shannon Dugan

Shannon Dugan has more than 20 years of work experience in the sales and engineering fields. Shannon started their career in 1999 as a Process Engineer at Vulcan Chemicals and then moved on to work as a Production Engineer at Baker Hughes in 2004. At Baker Hughes, they were responsible for PSM coordination, facilitating HAZOPs, and designing control systems. In the same year, they joined GE Infrastructure as a Senior Sales Engineer, selling various industrial equipment. In 2010, Shannon became the East Region Manager at GE Oil & Gas, managing the sales organization and implementing sales strategies. Shannon later took on the role of Sales Director for the South and Southeast regions. In 2014, Shannon joined TechStar LLC as a Sales Director. Shannon holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

Shannon Dugan attended Oklahoma State University from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Shannon then pursued further education at the same institution from 1996 to 1998, obtaining a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
