Bobby Naraharasetty

Bobby Naraharasetty has worked in a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2008. Bobby began their career as a Technical Recruiter at NOVO IT Consultants and Solutions Private Limited in 2008. In 2011, they moved to Volen Software Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior IT Recruiter. In 2012, they joined TAJ Technologies Inc. as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2013, they became the Human Resources Lead at Idexcel. In 2015, they took on the role of Account Manager at IT People Corporation. In 2017, they were appointed Talent Acquisition Lead at Randstad Technologies US. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Recruiting Operations Manager at TechSur Solutions.

Bobby Naraharasetty received their Master of Business Administration from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.
