Vijay Payghan

Vijay Payghan is the Founder and CEO of The Vital, a company established in July 2023 that provides Shopify merchants with a centralized customer dashboard to enhance customer trust and loyalty, currently utilized by over 100 DTC brands with more than $50M in annual GMV. Additionally, Vijay has been the Founder and CEO of TechSurvi Pvt. ltd. since June 2018, focusing on empowering D2C brands through innovative software and insights. Previously, Vijay served as Marketing Manager at VARStreet Inc., where responsibilities included building a marketing team and generating consistent leads. Vijay began their career as a Senior SEO Analyst at I Knowledge Factory from January 2012 to October 2013. Vijay holds an MBA in Marketing from JSPMs Jayawantrao Sawant College of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hi-Tech Institute of Technology.
