Rinku Buragohain has a diverse work experience. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer at WESEE (Indian Navy). In 2014, they served as a Consultant at Snap-on Business Solutions. rinku continued their consulting role at Snap-on Business Solutions in 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Big Data Consultant at Comtech LLC, where they specialized in solution architecture and data management in the Big Data space. In 2017, Rinku became the Head of Data Management at TechVariable. Finally, in 2019, they joined the Rural Development & Panchayat Raj Department as a District Project Manager for the National Rural Livelihood Mission, implemented by the Ministry of Rural Development.

Rinku Buragohain completed a Master's Degree in IT from Tezpur University between 2007 and 2009.
