Jamie Lemay-Tietze

Jamie LeMay-Tietze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Global NOC QA Specialist and Major Incident Manager at TechWerks since April 2016, Jamie is involved with the Defense Health Agency Global Service Center. Previously, Jamie held the positions of Systems Analyst Lead and Acting Training Coordinator at TechWerks, alongside serving as Systems Analyst Lead at Imperial Health, LLP from 2015 to 2016. Early career roles include Human Resources Coordinator at Uvalde Memorial Hospital from 2012 to 2015, and various administrative positions, which laid a strong foundation in operational support and training. Jamie's education was completed at Southwest Texas Junior College.
