Karen A Malveaux Joy

Karen A Malveaux Joy has extensive experience in training and program analysis, primarily within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and related organizations. Currently serving as a Trainer at TechWerks since September 2016, Karen supports education and training initiatives for the Department of Veterans Affairs Talent Management System and the Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization. Prior experience includes roles as a Program Analyst at both TechWerks and Addx Corporation, where responsibilities included business requirements support and training material development. Additionally, Karen has a background as an Analyst for the VA Program Management Center of Excellence and previously held various analytical positions within the USCIS and Navy Recruiting Command. Karen holds a Master of Social Work from Howard University and a Bachelor of Science from Towson University.
