Kia Tenney

Kia Tenney is a Systems Engineer at TechWorx since July 2021, responsible for installing software, configuring server and software settings, and ensuring system functionality for technicians on client sites, while also maintaining proper documentation and program updates. Previously, Kia served as a Loan Officer at Tidewater Mortgage Services, Inc. and PNC, where training in Chicago focused on loan file structuring, assets, income assessment, and underwriting practices. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Gannon University from July 2008 to March 2018 as a Systems Administrator, managing server, software, and network tasks, and as a PC Technician, assisting faculty, staff, and students with computer and hardware issues.
