Shan Ramalingam

Shan Ramalingam is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in change management, operational oversight, and technology integration, currently serving as the IT Lead and Client Engagement Manager at Mayo Clinic since August 2005. In this role, Shan focuses on enhancements for the Enterprise Service Bus and Data Exchange platforms, working on critical projects involving Google Cloud Platform integrations for AI and decision support. As the Founder-Director of TechZavy since February 2017, Shan leads digital transformation initiatives, focusing on modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native platforms. Prior experience includes positions as Project Lead at HP, where Shan developed supply chain planning systems, and Team Lead at Merrill Lynch, responsible for creating trading systems for the investment banking sector. Shan holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Madras.
