Michael Day

Michael Day is a seasoned professional in the field of fisheries biology, currently serving as the Senior Lead, Fish Habitat Biologist at Elk Valley Resources since January 2023. Prior to this role, Michael Day accumulated extensive experience as a Senior Fisheries Biologist at Golder from April 2006 to January 2023 and as a Fisheries Biologist at Fishfor Contracting Ltd from May 2003 to April 2006. Michael Day holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Saskatchewan, earned between 1994 and 1999, and a Diploma in Biology/Biological Sciences from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completed from 2001 to 2003.
