William Dudeck

William Dudeck, M.A. SHRM SCP, serves as the Human Resources Director at New Mexico Gas Company since February 2018, after previously holding the position of HR Manager. With extensive experience in various sectors, William has held significant roles such as President of Right at Home of Santa Fe, and Learning and Development Manager at Xerox, where responsibilities included curriculum development and training management. Prior experience includes roles at Carrington College, PNM Resources, CuttingEdge Consulting, Sandia National Laboratories, Intel Corporation, Charter Bank, and American General Finance, demonstrating a strong background in instructional design, training, and human resources. William earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Learning/Instructional Design from The University of New Mexico.
