Patrick Gathof Jr., MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Prior to this, they held positions such as Global Continuous Improvement Manager and Supply Chain Manager at Tecomet, where they implemented lean methodologies, facilitated kaizen events, and achieved significant cost savings and improved customer delivery.

Before joining Tecomet, Patrick worked at J.W. Speaker Corporation, where they served as an Operations Project Leader, Assembly Team Leader, and Industrial Engineer. In these roles, they led various improvement initiatives, including facilitating Kaizen events, implementing visual management systems, and designing and implementing operational labor reporting systems. Patrick also mentored and developed teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

Patrick also has experience in education and coaching. Patrick worked as an Adjunct Professor in Industrial Engineering at the Milwaukee School of Engineering and as an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach. Patrick then attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2014, they pursued further education at the same institution and acquired a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering Management in 2015. Patrick continued their educational growth at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2020 to 2022, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
