Allison Goodspeed

Allison Goodspeed, CPTM, serves as Senior Manager of Training and Development at Tecovas since September 2018, where responsibilities include originating and delivering learning programs and new hire training while creating content that supports the education of company products, culture, and core values. Previous roles at Tecovas included Training & Development Manager and Training Specialist, along with experience as a Customer Experience Associate, focusing on enhancing customer interactions from initial interest to purchase. Earlier career roles involve teaching at Hyde Park Baptist Schools and Resurrection Christian School, as well as serving as a counselor at Camp Timberline Sports and Mountain Adventure Camp. Allison holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University.
